I always wondered what does that signify, I knew its very rare , having chakras on all 10 fingers of hands, but never knew the exact meaning. I was searching about the same on internet and found some email ids and I sent them my questions, one of them replied as below, which I feel is very true ! :

You are here to help others advance in consciousness through sharing your knowledge in pure service. Nine and ten whorls belong to those who are of the mind set such as sages, saints and philosophers because you’re introspective, contemplative and reflective. You may feel like you lived in a monastery in a past life so it’s ‘weird’ to be here, in this life. It is important for you to be out in the world, now. Watch to see when you’re over-teaching; teaching calculus to 3rd graders is over-teaching. This may cause frustration if the student isn’t ready. It’s a call for you to find your appropriate audience who is eager and ready to learn from you. Don’t be discouraged if people don’t take your advice. Your biggest challenge is becoming self-absorbed and self indulgent. To the other extreme, your biggest challenge is too much sacrifice. However, swinging between these extremes is necessary on the learning journey as a Life Teacher in the name of selfless service.
